If this is "design concept" type sub (e.g. a large fun sub that will
never be built) you could look at micro nuclear reactors:

Otherwise, for a sub that you intend to build the options are pretty much lead acid batteries.
Maybe lithium batteries or hydrogen (or other) fuel cells, if you have enough money.
