Hi Jon,
the location is Pomfret center, CT. 3000 road miles
from me.
I would love to know more about, still not sure about
buying
it at this price, add shipping, plus the cost of truck to
tow it around once it's operational...
Thanks,
Ian.

Hard to say Ian. Dome and front viewport for
sure, and possibly the
motors. Lights...ballast plumbing...drop
weight. The CT saddle is not
a problem in itself but there may be corrosion between
the saddle and
hull. The trailer might not be in great
condition. This is one of
those things that is tough to judge because a physical
inspection is
really necessary to determine the exact
condition. Where is it
located? If its close enough I could go check it
out for you. Just off
the top of my head (and I'm not a K250 owner) but I'd
say you're looking
at $5k or so to bring it back if there's no corrosion
requiring metal work.
Damn I miss Kittredge.

Hi,
looks like the K250 listed on eBay a couple of
months ago
(for something like $35K) has been re-listed for
$13,500+.
I am getting rather tempted, if he drops the price
again
I might not be able to resist. However, it could
only be
slight farther from my home base in SF.....

Question to K250 owners on the list, how much do
you think
it would cost to get this operational (time and
money)?
I remember Vance suggested the conning tower seat
could
need re-welded, add new glass, batteries and ????
