Hi,

I read about that too, but it didn't mention Australian engineers
in the one I read.  I had assumed that he'd some how purchased
Steve Fossett's unused sub or commissioned another one like it.
The graphic with the article is definitely a deep fly sub.
Maybe they've mistaken Graham Hawkes' accent for Australian.
