Hi Alan
Maybe instead of nylon webbing around the tube,one
could use heavy duty elastic webbing ,could be a big package though.Just the
thought of taken a small body(lift bag ect) at depth and releasing it to
the surface where it becomes larger and then can be used by a pilot to
winch his sub off the bottom (archimedes displacement
principle)wow.
