Hi Vance. Although I'm not familiar with Spectra, I've heard it mentioned
before. The idea of just releasing a buoy with the rescue line attached is
definitely the simplest. No hook or other stuff to malfunction. That's the KISS
I always look for. I'll be checkin' that out for sure.
