It is for the K-350 tru-hull that rotates and turns the VBT on and off. What type of material is that "o" ring made of? Is that just like a common hardware store "o" ring? I just don't know anything about "o" rings besides what they do. Your number seemed to be a mil spec 90 durometer but generally common O’rings are pretty resilient. Get the clearances and surface finishes right and good lubricant.
