Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] submarine kit-builder's society

I'm the biggest dreamer in the world. Sure- I dream about high tech stuff all the time. I built a sub because I couldn't build a spaceship.

But here's the thing I've noticed about psubs- when guys that have actually taken a chance, busted their knuckles, made mistakes, but got a sub to actually go underwater come back to the group to share what they learned, the most vocal critics are the guys that never built one and never will. If it's all about argument fine, but build a sub first and then argue. Maybe the guys that own subs would stick around longer. Me? I'm going to spend the day trying to finish up the refit on my old sub and get back underwater.
