I am planning on putting the overpressure valve in the steel hatch
dome. It's the highest point in the sub, and is next to the hatch dogs so
forgetting to vent won't be a problem.
If I need to flood the sub for emergency exit, this location will allow me
to release the last bit of air bubble before opening the hatch. With an acrylic
dome it's not practical to drill/tap a hole in it but keeping the vent valve up
high is still a good idea.
