www.airspeedpress.com look at the book title " The Dive Light Companion " it's all there , all you need to know about making dive lights. The other must have titles " The Oxygen Hackers Companion " and " Improvised and Low Cost HP Gas Boosters " . I highly recommend all the books these fellows publish but especially these three.
