I'm looking at going with the timer system that I posted that was used for
trim tab position indication.
Just need to time the stroke of the actuator with & without load to
asertain wether they are the same.
I've come across circuit diagrams that could be modified to copy this
system at a cost of $10- to $ 20-.
However as I've said I'm upskilling in electronics & it might be a
month or two before I can do it.
If I get it right I'll send you the wiring diagram.
