Sorry no sketch, but I think I can describe it. There are two retaining pins which pass thru a boss that is reamed then thru the hole in the drop weight then thru a boss on the other side. They are both activated by a single thru hull pulling on two L shaped brackets that withdraw the pin from the far side boss and then thru the weight attach point.
