Thanks. The photo made me feel it
was on display in a museum but it might just have been its shop. I am trying to
see it first hand during a work trip to Germany this year. Do we have
anyone in the group who know the owners/operators?

As far as I know, 1401 is still
operational in Germany.
I've got their web page somewhere. Ummm...here it is. http://www.mantz-uwt.de
They are a salvage company, doing work in
the lakes, I think.
