Your numbers are very close. A paper that I wrote reviewing the market
years ago showed that you needed 1.5 million tourists a year to the area to
support the operation of one tourist sub.

guest on the spot must want to ride the sub per year. Say 1 of 20 tourist on
the location wants the trip = 1440000 tourist should be on the spot per
year..
