Wouldn't want my fingers near it.
It looks easy to make. I had thought of inserting a blade into
the kortze nozzle to help with break offs.

I've seen these demonstrated. 
 
In lieu of ROV's with their own "jaws of life", this is the best install-and-forget system I've ever seen.
