Thanks to Sean Stevenson for pointing us to some Canadian maritime 
guidelines.  This has been added to the top menu on the web site under 
Resources & Reference -> Standards & Guidelines.  You may need to 
refresh the website to pick up the new menu entry.  I didn't see 
anything specific to submarines, but perhaps Sean can provide better 
pointers to specific documents that do apply to submersibles in Canada.
