3 to 4 feet.......OUCH! I grew up near Toronto and I sympathize with
you.
It has it's advantages though. We lived on the beach and the ice flows
would pile up on the beach making ice caves. Still, I like it here, and the
weather's good and the harbor's about 20 minutes away.
