Not a bad lookin' sub. I'm surprised we don't see more of these little home
made ambients.
It could have been a little sleeker but it looks like a fun ride for the
lake.
With the light weight and low cost of an ambient, making it very portable,
it seems like a guy could mass produce them quite easily.
I think the high cost of the Sportsubs limits their appeal but the concept
is good. They run about $60K don't they ?
A lot of the cost is probably in the liability insurance. Maybe building
"kit" parts for a home builder could get around the liability issue.
