Having that small of a dome, I would expect there to be a real
fogging problem, unless you do the Joy treatment Phil just mentioned with
air lines coming up from your scrubber. You would want a protective cage
over it as well. Isn't that sub a ambient Frank?

little dome on top looks more like a fish bowl or salad bowl. Kinda cool, but
I'd be leery of taking it in the open sea. Pretty brave guy. I admire his spunk
for sure.
