Hi All, If you can get cheap valves go for it. One word of
warning though. At that price I would get one extra and pressure test it til
burst then see if you are happy with it. Chances are you will but it is nice
to know reality. At that price they will be made in China or India. We can get cheap
Chinese valves in Stainless steel that we would be happy with but they will be
over $50. We pressure test them and they burst at 18,000 psi so they don’t meet
4:1 safety required at their rated 6000 psi in our industry but they would meet

plated brass or forged brass The part number for the 1/2 inch female valve is 1PYN9. This
