Thanks! Once you get this straightened out, I will rebook. Something for
everyone to keep in mind is that when all of the taxes are added on, they
add up to close to 20% if I remember correctly.

I talked to Quality Inn at False Creek today and they can give us a rate of
$101/night (Canadian) which equals about $92 (US) given the current exchange
rate. That's for a block of 10 rooms of two double beds, and they will try
to get us all on the same floor. If you want a king or queen bed I'll have
to see what we can do about that. We can always add more rooms, but I had
to give them a number and based upon the number of people who responded I
told them 10. If we can get more people staying there, then perhaps we can
get a better price as well.
This is rooms only, no meals.
PSUBS will have to provide a $250 deposit and full payment is required 30
days ahead ( so the end of the month). Those of you arriving before Sept
30, and staying after Oct 4, will get the adjusted rates $101 (CA) for those
additional days.
They will be sending me a contract this afternoon so I'll have more info
once I see what they have sent me. Hopefully we can all pay as individuals
since I really don't want to have to front the money.
It looks like they have meeting rooms here as well, so if Ray has not found
a CR yet we might be able to do everything at the hotel.
