The one new law that we have to take into account that has come into effect after Jon’s search is that all subs need to be registered in their home country. This is the law against the drug runner semi-submersibles to get accountability. Currently they only capture the operators as the submersible sinks out of sight and don’t have much to charge them on without evidence. This law gives the US jurisdiction anywhere to prosecute the operators they capture. R/Jay |
