Many of the designs carry some tanks inside of the sub so are at 1 atms. pressure thus 294 fsw.  I believe that is what Frank was discussing for his design and what I was responding to.

Hi Jay,

The first stage regulator is set to round 130 psi above ambient so blow ability at 300ft  shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for the story Vance. I thought afterward that I will have to bolt my motors on so I can drop them from the inside.
