About the only thing we have nailed down are the dates. The dates and tentative schedule is:
Wed, 30 Sep 2009 Meet and Greet BBQ
Thu, 01 Oct 2009 Visit Nuytco Ltd.
Fri, 02 Oct 2009 Dive
Sat, 03 Oct 2009 Conference
We are working on details for diving the Deepworkers and Aquarius. All I will say at this time is that the number of seats will be limited. I do not know if they will be assigned by lottery or first come first served. Physically you will have to be there or you loose your chance.
Speakers confirmed so far are:

Howie Robbins President, Artificial Reef Society BC
Jay Jefferies Seehund
Dive site and conference room are still in limbo. Therefore we have not selected a hotel at this time. We do plan to get a block of rooms reserved once we select a hotel.
