Jon,
      Will it be ok to take pictures of Phil's subs?  It seems like whenever
I go see a sub on display that I always wish I had pictures of various
pieces of equipment that can be reference later.

I've not heard any news from Ray on hotels yet, however he and I have a
meeting planned for the 11th to go over some material.  I hope that we
can have something by then.

I agree that we want to all be in the same hotel if we can.  It's much
more convenient to coordinate things with each other, and meet-up.
Especially if any plans get changed at the last minute.  Last year
worked out great from that perspective since we were all in the same
dormitory building.  We all ended up over at Jay's for rum-tasting and
story-telling.

By the way, it would be nice to know the maximum amount that people want
to pay for a room so that we can pick an appropriate classed hotel.  For
myself, I'd like to keep it at $125/night or less.  Any one else have a
budget in mind?
