I've not been able to access the top drop down menu in Internet Explorer 8 for a few days now, so I've just been using Mozilla Firefox and it works fine. I had to reset my advanced internet setting to the default settings to please my new ISP, and perhaps there is a java setting I'm not seeing for IE. The Google Chrome browser might also be a good option for those that have it or acquire it. Well, I don't know actually. I think Cliff Redus said he had a problem with it at one time as well but I don't know if he resolved it or not. My guess is that the problem is not with Vista but with the browser you are using. The top menu uses _javascript_ so you might check the settings of your browser to ensure it is allowing _javascript_ to execute.
