On my boat I monitor: CO2 ppm O2 mole percent Water pressure (sensor and manual) Cabin pressue Water temperature Cabin temperature Cabin relative humidity Main battery voltage Aux battery voltage Main battery current Aux battery current High pressure air Regulated air pressure O2 pressure Speed via DP sensor and pitot tube Hatch closed sensor
All sensors tied into PLC and displayed on a Touch Screen display. PLC has an alarms database that triggers an audible and visual alarm when any of these measurements goes outside of acceptable limits.
An interlock systems prevents diving the boat if hatch is open or insufficient air pressue is availale to blow the ballast tanks.
