Hi Juergen,

Carsten Standfuss coordinated the last European convention.  I don't 
know if he is planning on coordinating another or not.  However, there's 
nothing to stop you from being the coordinator if you want and finding 
out how much interest there is for such an event and then planning it.  
You really need someone either local, or within a few hours of the 
destination to plan the event so they can scope out perspective sites 
and activities.  It would be impossible for us to do that from here in 
the states, but if you or someone else is willing to do the legwork in 
terms of finding a dive area, restaurants, lodging, and meeting space; 
we can help you coordinate such an event.
