[PSUBS-MAILIST] S201 Plate Type Thru Hull Assembly

Greetings Subdudes,

I know I'm supposed to be finishing the other mushroom vent assembly models, but this one was more fun. I worked up what I think is basically what Paul used on the S201 for plate thru hulls.  I'm not sure if he machined in a O-ring gland in the SS plate, or if he just used a soft gasket as I did. But I would guess he used a gasket, since it's easier, and it leaves more strength in the SS plate.  His design is not as heavy duty as many thru hulls, but it looks good to me for use in the heads.
I added a gasket between the welded in ring and the interior retaining ring so as to not chip the paint on the steel welded in ring.

I can't see if the three attachment bolts go into threaded in holes in the plate on Paul's design, or if he welded on some SS nuts as I think I will want to do, to make less work for myself. As usual I would like your feed back.
