Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Frank's new nose cone

Hi Frank I'm an artist and am pretty impressed with that cool design, looks like a bird with a beak at the front.
Was looking at the top view of your model and noticed the design was  entanglement free apart from the two
side thrusters that protrude a couple of inches from the hull. Could you put a small fin in front of that gap to prevent
anything getting caught in there? I'm designing a small sub and are getting paranoid about the change in preference
of fishermen from nylon to braid, wich  is much stronger, more flexible and I presume more easily sucked into a
propeller.

Hi guys. I've been working on this for a couple days now. It's almost ready. Just needs a little polishing and then will get plated either in chrome or maybe brass. As I've said before, I expect to crash into stuff at some point, so I needed a front bumper. Get the point? Frank D.
