RE: [PSUBS-MAILIST] How does that Grab Ya

Hi

Hi Alan,

From what I've learned about Scott, I would guess he wouldn't want to bring a live giant squid to the surface, but just study the live ones in there natural environment.   Using a sub as a fishing lure for giant squid it not for the faint of heart, which Scott is not.  That sub better be tough as nails all over and a five point harness.

I suspect the large amounts of snow we have been receiving these last couple of years, is a result of global warming. The warmer the oceans get, the more clouds form and bring us water/snow.  That's my opinion, if you don't like it, I have others. ;)'

Cheers,

Szybowski

Hi the link works fine thanks. maybe Scott could release air once inside the sqids stomach
and float it to the surface??. We don't have snow in Auckland. Sounds like fun, I guess your
all for global warming.

Here is a picture of what Scott Cassell is thinking of doing with a new sub they are building, to find and film giant squid.  He plans to make the sub look like bait, and have the outer hull peel away as the giant squid grabs it.  He's very much a submadman.  Any one want to go on that sub ride?

I think I figured out how to make links work properly using a Mac,  This is a test
