I was contacted by Blanson Ltd in the UK this week.  They manufacture
acrylic viewports and domes using material and processes that meet or exceed
ASME PVHO standards, without the certification.  They can provide certified
units upon request, but of course the cost is much more.  I asked for, and
was provided, the specs for their acrylic material which exceeded the
standards as published in Stachiw's book.  They also told me that they
provide a computer read-out of the annealing process.
