Interesting.  I'm guessing he's never heard of PSUBS.ORG.

It looks like there is some kind of access hatch on the bottom of the hull, almost mid-way between the front wheel and the conning tower.  Given the tight space, I'm guessing this is not a lock-out chamber.  Dive planes on the tower, but no visible means of ballast control.  Let's hope his weight and balance calculations are exactly correct.
