I have been looking at an OEM version from GE Sensing/Telaire:

The 'Telaire 6004 CO2 Module' has a standard measurement range from 0 and
up to 2000ppm.

However, they claim it can be factory configured to measure CO2
concentration levels up to 5% (50000ppm), ref:

I have therefore requested further information regarding performance etc.
when it is reconfigured/extended all the way up to the 5% level.
