If I understand you correctly the best (cheapest) way to make it is by
taking a sheet, heating it and forming to a dome. For that I need an
oven that is about 2x2m in size. But when I was thinking about it
earlier I thought it is impossible with a sheet that is 70mm+ thick.
Isn't it ? I mean the sheet of that thickness would not get the right
temerature inside to allow the process of forming it to a dome. I
understand that I'm wrong ? It is possible ?

The size of a sheet is also a problem. I was mailing with a company
that can produce big 2m x 3m sheets but only 25mm thick.
