Hi Les,

I'm certainly not an expert, but I plan on using Sika-Flex, a polyurethane 
sealant I believe. A number of people have done it that way including Greg 
Cottrell who made my windows. The thing that I like about it is the fact 
that it is more forgiving of imperfections due to warping etc. Also based on 
my reading in stachiws book the placement of O-rings is extremely critical 
so as to not create a stress riser in the acrylic plane.

So for me it solves a lot of items that could a problem later.
