Hi Jim.

Pictures look great of your project.  I hadn't seen these before.

It looks like youve used all stainless steel for your hatch hinge assembly?

I've been thinking of changing mine.  I made my hinge assembly already and although the bar is SS, the brackets are not.  So i think im going to change it to SS like yours as it looks like it will be a source of corrosion otherwise where the bar passes through the brackets.

Do you have any pics/ideas for your dome seat?  Have you machined it already?

Greg Cottrell has successfully formed my front dome. The picture looks great and I am anxious to get it home.

Later today we will discuss machining, annealing and protective dome.
