RE: [PSUBS-MAILIST] MBT air lock

Frank,
You might want to run the air and vent seperately,  I seem to remember a description of somebody's assent where the expanding air nessesitated playing around with venting and injecting air controls,  with your system it might be a little more difficult.

Hi. Here's a rough sketch of the plumbing for blowing ballast on my sub. I plan on using stainless nipples as thru-hulls, with 1/2 inch valves directly on the nipples, and a 3/8 air line tapped in to a ''T'' to blow the tanks/lines. This is pretty rough, but it gives you the basic idea. Any comments?  Frank D.
