Thanks for the link, I found this sub while surfing it's a
very impressive design, but I still need someone to convince me of the integrity
of concrete hulls.

Hi Clive. You may consider Wlifred's concrete sub designs. They are for
a large sub capable of what you described. I heard he was building one for a
guy here in Calif. and it sounds like the most economical way to build a big
sub. Anybody want to post a link to Wilifred's site ?
