Hi Frank,
I'm finally making a bit more progress on my project. I welded in the
machined thruster pivot bosses with the seal seats and reamed them. I also
finished the two front thruster pivot shafts/chambers and thruster mount.
While a dubious distinction, I now have ONE moving mechanical part on the
sub.
I also took the conning tower to a local shop to get the holes cut for the
viewport seats. I could do them here, but cannot be as accurate as the shop
can. They will be done on Monday.
