That is a really nice step in the right direction. Now if they can blend the retractable hydrofoil features of the Rinspeed Splash, and then make it a 1 ATM sub that would be extremely amazing. Thanks for the link Alec.  You have to keep a close eye on the Rinspeed crew, since they are always upto some thing interesting.
