Below is your entry, is as I added it to the list.   If you can contact 
Gary, see if he wants to add any more to what is listed.   Or maybe he will 
add a way to contact him if anyone has questions for him.

Note: I listed the entrys by the percson that submitted them for ease of 
keeping track of them.
The finished list has all the information sent to me, so there is much more 
about most entry then the short list I posted.
