RE: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Hydrodynamic Hatch Viewport Arrangement

Ok Frank, be careful with it, it's fragile. I suppose having a acrylic viewport in a all glass hatch is sorta redundant, wouldn't you say. ;)'    I'm finally finding the water effects I've been looking for.

Ya I have less trouble getting out all the tooling marks and scratches from my model of your hatch then you will to get ready for plating. ;)'  I could set the materials in your hatch assembly to be all glass for a really cool effect. I used to live in the Portland, Oregon area, so I know plenty about rain. I'll bring my digital calipers and my favorite computer mouse. Now lets see, one room for sleeping and one for my computer and pitbull named Harley. ;)'

I think we all miss Joe, but perhaps we can reinvigorate him some how.  I heard from him today, so he's still around and kicking.

Hi Brent. Yea! That rendering was like a photograph of my hatch ( only better).
I wish I had the talent to produce digital art like that. I kinda miss Joe Perkel and all his stuff.
My house is always open for visits, if the weather gets too shitty. I could show you some metal working tricks that I've picked up over the last 40 years. Seems like it would be easier to get the digital info by actual measurement if you were here.Hey, maybe even go for a couple beers. I've got two extra rooms, and Shelly's a great cook. Bring your rain coat.
