The semisub was confiscated in the North of Colombia in the coast of the Guajira desert a very nice place and was build of fibergllass and had two diesel engines it is not a real submarine but a very low boat with most of its mass underwater.  Last month a similar device was confiscated in the pacific coast in the coast of the Choco Jungles a very nice but wet place.  It was also a a semisumergible.  It is amazing what they can build with so few things in remote places.
I believe this boats are captures after a machine failure.  The one captured this week was drifting off the coast.
I hope to find some pictures soon.
