Unfortunately John just disappeared without a trace. I've tried both his
and his wife's emails many times, but never got any response. It's
worrying, they might have had an accident or something bad like that. Some
time ago I backed up their entire website, because I'd expect it to go down
whenever the hosting agreement expires, and it's extremely valuable as a
reference source. It hasn't been maintained in years.
