Yes,
there's plenty of room on the server however the trick will be to come up with a
mechanism that is convenient enough for submitters, but strong enough to keep
spammers out. Uploading files to the server undoubtedly means that someone
will at some time try to upload a humongous file in the hopes of either cutting
bandwidth or filling up the file system.

is the average size of these files?
