It sounds to me like it was a slow news day at Bloomberg and someone took
artistic license to make something out of nothing.  The fact that
millionaires and billionaires are purchasing subs as their next toy is a
good human interest story.  All the talk of "secrecy" is just an attempt to
add a touch of mystique for a faux of mystery to the article in hopes that
other rich people will perhaps think that they are missing out on something
and order a sub for themselves too.  Good marketing.  That's what I got out
of the story.
