Interesting article, they must have "wind" of something along these lines. Unlikely though that a group of these fellows would do this "in house" these days so to speak.
Our potential problem with psubs is "perception" ....realities aside for a moment. Small aircraft are still getting a bum rap despite the tactical realities but, AOPA and EAA have powerful voices.
Let's keep our fingers crossed that no-one pulls off any spectacular underwater shenanigans because our biggest risk is potential legislative involvement.
