.....I certainly hope so! This is my transport scheme between the 
manufacture / maintenance facility and marina launch.

The text "Concepts in Submarine Design"...has a very interesting explanation 
regarding initial "sizing" of a design with respects to the mission and end 
user requirements.

I am finding that this is not so easy as one little change effects 12 other 
things adversely. However, it looks like I will have room to expand the hull 
to 48" diameter )for comfort and machinery access reasons) and the lengthen 
the hull by two feet while still maintaining weight within the limits of the 
rig you see here.
