The Wispergen?  If I remember correctly, it cost something $10-12K usd.
This was a few years ago, so maybe it's cheaper now.

Although, note that stirling engines are external combustion, so
you would have to build an enclosure where you can accurately
control the environment/atmosphere/gases to operate it safely
in a submerged submarine (your definitions of "safety" may vary).
