I found a nice article about a lost submarine build in 1866 in chile. It iseems that it was found at 50 m depth in front of the city of Valparaiso. Is called the Flach submarine; it was 12 m long and has 11 people as crew.  It was a hand driven sub.

the drawings are fine and also the reconstuction a small submarine with two propellers it looks quite modern and similar to some of the Psubs models :-).
If somebody has more information I will be glad to know new things about this boat.
